Closed for Labor Day Holiday

Our office will be closed on Monday Sept 2 for the Labor Day Holiday. All transmissions will still be processed by automated taskrunners but our Support, Sales and Administrative teams will not be in the office to answer calls or respond to emails. Medicare Eligibility via ClaimShuttle

Use ClaimShuttle to access the CMS HETS System for your Medicare Eligibility Inquiries!

  •         Verify patient information and eligibility!
  •         Receive deductible amount remaining for the year!
  •         Receive Primary Insurance information if Medicare is the Secondary Payor
  •         Receive Managed Care Organization Information(MCO/HMO) if patient is enrolled.


To begin, just log into ClaimShuttle and click on Check Eligibility. Our wizard will launch a web page and walk you through the sign up process! If the Check Eligibiity link is not visible on your account, give us a call at (602) 439-2525 option 1, option 2 and we can add it for you!
